UNIQUE OFF-GRID CABINS BUILT BY A FAMILY
All the FINGLEN cabins are currently nestled in a 9 acre site including a beautiful wild meadow, mature trees, woodland and a river view. Its creation has been a family effort over many years. ​
We are Sabrina and Douglas.​​

We started with Captain’s Rest in 2017 . It was built with the help of our sons Jack and Billy, a team of willing volunteers, lots of communal meals and laughter. Following its success The Green Wagon was launched in 2020.​​
And I’m Tanya, their daughter.​

My family and I moved back to Scotland from London in 2024. I had left a 20 yr career in finance behind which spanned across technology and sustainability companies and was keen to find something new to work on.

​I have now turned my hand to manage and grow FINGLEN which is something very close to my heart. I am on a mission to share and expand our wonderful cabins across Scotland so more people can enjoy them.
All of the cabins have been built with sustainability in mind whilst creating a luxury and bespoke stay for guests. This ethos is core to us as a family.
